Community Manager (m/f)

InnoGames, based in Hamburg, is one of the leading developers and publishers of online games with more than 100 million registered players around the world. We have been characterized by dynamic growth ever since the company was founded in 2007. In order to further expand our success and to realize new projects, we are constantly looking for young talents, experienced professionals, and creative thinkers. To strengthen our worldwide team we seek Community Managers for our games for the following versions:

  • Mexican (Grepolis) and 
  • French, danish, norwegian and swedish (Kartuga).

Your Tasks


  • Maintain an online game community
  • Manage your supportteam
  • Host internal and external forums
  • Acquire and maintain new contacts and maintain players and fansites
  • Expand social media presence (Facbook, Youtube, Twitter etc)
  • Plan and execute events and contests (in-game and on the forum)
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR departments
  • Writing weekly reports

Requirements


  • Excellent language skills in the requested language (native speaker, very good spelling and grammar skills)
  • Good language skills in English
  • Fun at writing
  • Microsoft Office software skills
  • Played many online games before including browser games
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
  • Interest in online games
  • Result-oriented and self-dependent way of working


Preferable:

  • You are currently studying IT, Economics or Marketing
  • Experience as an admin or in community Management oder project Management
