Head of Product Management (m/f)
Your Tasks
- Leading, coaching, and further training of our Product Managers
- Coordination and organization of our Product Management Department
- Ensuring the overall economic success of our games
- Developing cross-product strategies to increase success, and realizing them in cooperation with the Product Managers
- Coordinating cooperation with other departments (e.g. Game Development, QA, and Project Management)
- Overall responsibility for reporting to Management
Requirements
- A university degree, focusing on business informatics, economics, or a comparable degree
- Several years of professional experience in product management, with great economic success, ideally in the gaming industry
- Demonstrable expertise and experience in disciplinarily leading teams
- Very good knowledge and understanding of the influential factors relevant for success in the operation of games (e.g. Game Analysis, PR, Marketing)
- Sovereignly handling agile project management and development methods
- Distinct strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- A sure feeling for profitability and potential for optimization
- Very good communication skills, including English
- A high affinity to gaming-related subjects, very good knowledge of the gaming market, and player behavior
